*6* Day 4


Breakfast
I'm happy to report-NO fiber drink.  Instead, we replaced it with probiotics and a Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake (MRS).  The Vanilla was really sweet and creamy.  Almost too sweet.  I blended it my Ninja blender with some ice, since our Blender Bottles haven't arrived yet.  Tomorrow I'm leaving out the ice-it didn't blend well, and I had little chunks of ice to chew with my shake. 
We also had 2 catalyst before heading out the door. 

Mid Morning Snack
Handful of almonds 

Lunch
Left over tilapia and cauliflower.  I was seriously looking forward to it all morning-it was that good! :) 

Mid-Afternoon Snack
Baby carrots and garlic hummus, with a handful of almonds and a spark. 

Dinner
I was going to do meatloaf…until I got home and realized that the only eggs we had were hard boiled.  So, I had to quickly rethink the plan.  I opted for chicken and avocado salad (from the cookbook) onto of a bed of lettuce.  It wasn't the most amazing meal, but it worked. 

Evening Snack
Baked apples with cinnamon. 

Water Intake
I wasn't quite as good about my water today-but I was VERY close to 100oz. 

How I felt
Better today than yesterday.  I'm feelin' pretty darn good actually.  We're almost half way through the cleanse.  I am just itching to get on the scale and measure to see what I am at now.  I definitely feel lighter.
