*17* Day 14



BURN DAY

Breakfast
Meal Replacement Shake

Mid Morning Snack
Carrots and Garlic hummus

Lunch
Tuna salad lettuce wrap and hardboiled egg whites

Mid-Afternoon Snack
Cashews/Almonds

Dinner
Chili from the Advocare cookbook, minus the beans. It was surprisingly very good! We added a little, tiny bit of lite sour cream, and a pinch of Go! Veggie. cheese.  All that was missing was the oyster crackers. 

Evening Snack
Kale Chips that I unfortunately burned :(

Water Intake
Drinking water throughout the day is definitely harder on a weekend-both to do and to keep track of.  I think I did ok though. 

How I felt
Once again, I got to sleep in-which was glorious! I spent the rest of the day relaxing and working on a paper for grad school, so I felt pretty normal.  I decided to continue to skip the spark and add back in the pills at lunch (but not before lunch) to see how I react.  No rash, no dizziness. yay!
