*16* Day 13


BURN DAY

Breakfast
Meal Replacement Shake
I've decided that I do like the Vanilla ones more than the chocolate ones.  I want to keep these up after the challenge, but after looking at the price-$45/14, thinking about $90 every 2 weeks (for both us) seems like A LOT of money just for breakfast.  I love the convenience of them, so I'm looking into other more cost effective protein shakes that we can do after the challenge is over. 

Mid Morning Snack
Carrots and Garlic hummus

Lunch
Tuna salad lettuce wrap and hardboiled egg whites

Mid-Afternoon Snack
Cashews/Almonds

Dinner
Shrimp fried rice.  YUM-O 

Evening Snack
More raw cashews

Water Intake
Drinking water throughout the day is definitely harder on a weekend-both to do and to keep track of.  I think I did ok though. 

How I felt
It felt good to sleep in, so that's always a bonus.  My rash was pretty much gone by the middle of the day.  I didn't have any spark or either of the lunch time packets of pills, and didn't notice any of the fatigue and dizziness I had yesterday.
