BURN DAY

Breakfast
Vanilla MRS

Mid Morning Snack
raw almonds and cashews

Lunch
Left over shrimp fried "rice"

Mid-Afternoon Snack
I was bad and skipped my snack. 

Dinner
Advocare Chili

Evening Snack
Carrots

Water Intake
I stayed home sick, and drank a ton of water today.  

How I felt
Terrible.  I stayed home from work, but it was needed.  
However, I did get some great news about a possible big change for us, so that helped a lot!
