*21* Day 18

BURN DAY

Breakfast
Vanilla MRS. 

Mid Morning Snack
Carrots

Lunch
Left over Tilapia from the night before and hard-boiled egg whites

Mid-Afternoon Snack
handful of raw almonds

Dinner
Crock pot orange curry chicken, cauliflower fried "rice", egg drop soup

Evening Snack
This time, I didn't burn my kale chips and they were amazing! 
I also had my 1 ginger cookie and about 5 raw cashews :)

Water Intake
I didn't drink as much water during the day (only my MRS, and 1 25oz water bottle), but made up for it when I got home.  Between dinner and bed I had about 2 more water bottles full, plus a glass of water at dinner. 

How I felt
I had no plans after work today and dinner was made by the time I got home, so it was a great day!
1 week left!!!
