LAST DAY of fiber drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Breakfast
Nothing new from the past 2 day. However, I don't think the fiber drink was as bad today-knowing that I wouldn't have to do it again for 4 days :)
Mid Morning Snack
Almonds and some fruit
Lunch
Left over spaghetti sauce from last night in a piece of lettuce and fruit.
Mid-Afternoon Snack
Baby carrots and garlic hummus, with a handful of almonds and another spark.
Dinner
Tilapia. Darling husband made it tonight and it was delicious! This by far the best Advocare recipe we've had thus far and a dish we will be making over and over again. The Dill dressing to go with it gives it the perfect amount of "oomph" and the fish was so flaky and yummy. Even my fish-hating husband thought it was really good. Paired with a heaping serving of steamed cauliflower-dinner was a success.
Evening Snack
Celery with natural peanut butter.
Water Intake
Another 100oz!
How I felt
I honestly felt terrible this morning. However, I had read in other Advocare websites and blogs that day 3 usually causes a slump. I had a massive headache on the way to work, along with an upset stomach, and major fatigue. The spark didn't seem to help that either. I just hope I'm not becoming dependent on caffeine in the morning by taking spark. I'm thinking about waiting and not taking it right away in the morning and waiting until mid morning to drink it.
The rest of the day I felt fine. Tired, but otherwise ok. We're an eight of the way there!
