Cauliflower Fried "Rice"

*Cilantro Lime Chicken*  (This is not recommended during the cleanse phase)

Ingredients:
·      2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
·      Chopped Cilantro
·      1 can no salt added black beans
·      Frozen Corn
·      ½ red onion, diced
·      Salt/Pepper
·      Juice of 2 limes

1.       Place all ingredients in a large, freezer ziplock bag. 
2.     Shake bag, then lay flat in freezer.
3.     Place bag in fridge the night before desired use
4.     Morning of, dump all contents into a crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for approximately 3 hours.
Serve in warm tortillas with cheese and sour cream (or plan greek yogurt).  Can also be served on top of lettuce for as a salad

*Chicken Bulgogi*


Ingredients:
·      2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin pieces 
·      2 Tbsp Braags liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
·      1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
·      3 packets of Stevia (equivalent to 2 Tbsp of sugar)
·      1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
·     Sesame Seeds
   Chopped Green onion
  Pepper to taste

1.       Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat chicken well. 
2.     Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.  If using Braags, I don't recommend marinating over night, or it will turn out very salty. 
3.     Heat a pan over medium-high heat.  (Do not add anything to it)  Once warm, use tongs to add chicken to the pan and cook through. 
4.     Serve with brown rice and/or a heaping serving of veggies

(Can be made with your protein of choice)

*Pork Chops and apple* 
(take out apples on burn days)

*Celery and 100% Natural peanut butter (I prefer Old Dutch brand, found in the refrigerated section)
